MercyOne Medical Group seeks a pharmacist leader to bridge operations and people leadership across the inpatient and satellite pharmacies. You will champion staff development, support scheduling and workforce initiatives, mentor frontline staff, and drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, policy development, and ensuring safe, timely medication delivery. Iowa licensure or eligibility and BLS within 6 months are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with specified experience options.
• Licensed or eligible to practice as a pharmacist in Iowa.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Staff scheduling, hiring, training and supervising pharmacy staff across main, IV room and satellite sites.
• Ensure medications are prepared and delivered timely and securely for stability and workflow.
• Maintain quality and safety through checks and reporting errors/nearmisses.
• Assist Clinical Pharmacy Manager with policy development.
