Qualifications

• Pharmacy license required (TX).
• 3+ years retail pharmacy experience with 2+ years as Pharmacist In Charge.
• Ability to operate computer terminal for prescription processing.
• Strong communication skills with Pharmacy team and staff.
• Ability to handle stress and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Professional appearance and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all retail pharmacy operations for the designated site and personnel.
• Oversee processing of prescriptions to meet objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure prompt, courteous customer service across store staff.
• Oversee profitability by managing COGs, expenses, and overtime.
• Ensure adherence to policies and timely communications from pharmacy administration.
• Possess licensure oversight as Pharmacist-in-charge if required.
• Manage inventory ordering and stock levels to meet patient needs and inventory targets.
• Promote training and education of pharmacy staff and students; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure immunizations and specialty documentation are recorded and maintained in EMR and pharmacy OS.
• Schedule staff and manage time-off requests.
• Grow prescription volume at the site.
• Attend meetings as designated.
