Qualifications

• BS or PharmD required/Pharmacy degree.
• Current Texas Pharmacy license.
• 3+ years retail pharmacy experience; 2+ years as Pharmacist In Charge.
• Operate computer terminal for processing prescriptions.
• Strong communication with pharmacy staff and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all retail pharmacy operations for designated site and staff.
• Process prescriptions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Promote excellent customer service and role-model staff behavior.
• Manage COGs, supply expenses, and overtime to meet budget.
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy policies and federal/state laws.
• Maintain inventory, reorder points, and accuracy in systems.
