Job summary

Walgreens Careers is seeking an associate to assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and to support store operations. You will use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions, help technicians, and ensure a safe, friendly customer experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory control, and basic pricing tasks. The role requires English fluency and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with prior retail experience

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Develops strong relationships with valuable customers.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist in practicing pharmacy and follow policies.
• Open/close store in manager's absence and handle cash as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing signage as needed.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and cash handling tasks.
• Support Pharmacy Department on inventory management and Rx processing.
