Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Associate with pharmacy support responsibilities in a retail setting. You will handle cash register transactions, assist pharmacists, and help customers with product location and questions.

Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and supporting pharmacy workflow under supervision. English fluency and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision with entering patient/drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise.
• Performs duties by pharmacy manager and staff pharmacist including processing prescriptions and assisting workflow.
• Reports prescription errors to pharmacist and adheres to company policies.
• Provides customer service in store areas including photo and OTC sections when needed.
