The role focuses on deposits, loans, and fee-based services, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and consultative sales. The successful candidate will cross-sell to an existing customer base, partner with Mortgage, Small Business,

Qualifications

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
S.A.F.E. Act registration (NMLS MU4R) required for employment.

Responsibilities

Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify needs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
Utilize Marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
Primarily focus on cross-selling to the existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities.
Establish close working relationships with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners to provide holistic solutions.
Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
Provide guidance to CSRs on the sales and referral process.
Promote professionalism and confidentiality; adhere to policies and ethics.
