Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Must understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment through NMLS required.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to Business Partners for holistic financial solutions.
• Meet production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
