Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to understand Retail policies and procedures to make sound judgments.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and marketing tools to reach customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a professional demeanor and ethics.
