• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to profile customers and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers using approved Marketing tools and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Refer customers to appropriate Business Partners for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referral processes; maintain customer confidentiality.
