Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Must understand advanced math for credit and financial analysis.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal/written communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to profile customers and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and Marketing tools to reach customers and set appointments.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Build relationships with Business Partners for referrals and holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and support revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
