Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required for employment in this position.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Refer customers to Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and uphold risk and policy requirements.
• Support CSRs with sales/referral processes and maintain confidentiality.
