Qualifications

• Ability to analyze credit and financial information using basic math functions.
• Represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Understanding Retail policies and procedures for sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Use approved tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) for holistic solutions.
