The role focuses on using a consultative sales process to meet customer financial needs, acquire new households and deepen relationships, while handling teller transactions and contributing as a member of the platform staff.

Qualificações

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to profile customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose solutions.
• Reach out to customers with Marketing tools and set appointments.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outreach activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, and Investment partners to refer customers.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; support team revenue.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ethical standards.
