• Establish relationships with Banking partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Maintain professional conduct and protect customer information.
• Adhere to policies and procedures while handling retail products.
• Participate in loan and bankcard processes from application to closing.
