Qualifications

• Knowledge of Retail policies and sound judgement for decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to profile customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers using CAMP and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers; engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and grow revenue.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes; maintain confidentiality.
• Uphold professional demeanor and adhere to bank policies and risk controls.
