Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers with sales activities to acquire new and cross-sell existing customers.
• Ability to analyze financial information using advanced math functions.
• Represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures and good judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment time via NMLS.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers using CAM P and Marketing tools to schedule reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and team production goals.
