• NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose appropriate solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals; drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a professional demeanor.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart according to procedures.
• Mitigate fraudulent activity and adhere to risk policies.
