Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers using marketing tools to set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
