Qualificações

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers.
• Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Refer customers to Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer customer questions, own issues, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Adhere to policy, procedure, and ethical standards.
