Qualificações

• College degree or work experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to perform cross-sales and referrals to clients.
• Must have S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment.
• Willingness to travel for training sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales.
• Build relationships with Business Partners and refer customers to holistic solutions.
• Meet production goals and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on the sales/referral process.
