Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information using intermediate math functions.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal/written communication.
• Working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures and sound decision-making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Develop relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for comprehensive solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs with respect to sales and referrals, and maintain customer confidentiality.
