Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I in Oakwood. Selected candidates will complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification to perform in the Retail Personal Banker role.

The role focuses on using consultative sales to identify financial needs, acquire new households, and deepen customer relationships while processing teller transactions and contributing to the platform staff.

Qualifikationen

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers or cross-sell.

Aufgaben

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Support opening/closing processes of Financial Center or Bank Mart.
• Travel for training and stay updated on procedures to mitigate risk.
