You will process teller transactions, support relationship growth, and collaborate with internal partners to deepen existing customers. Strong communication, math skills, and NMLS readiness are required.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Must understand advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
• NMLS registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews and cross-sell to customers.
