Qualifications

• Must understand advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Represents Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Ability to learn Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose suitable solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
