Qualifications

• Professional appearance and verbal/written communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies; NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration required.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed by management.
• Maintain knowledge to mitigate fraud and manage risk.
