Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles.
• Know Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and assist in outside sales.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Small Biz, Commercial partners.
• Meet customer experience and revenue goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Stay updated on procedures to mitigate fraud.
