Qualifikationen

• - Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
• - Ability to analyze credit and financial information with advanced math functions.
• - Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• - Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures for sound decision-making.
• - S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment through NMLS.

Aufgaben

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
