• Shows ability to understand Retail products and propose solutions.
• Uses CAMP and approved tools to reach customers and set reviews.
• Cross-sells and engages in outside sales activities as directed.

Responsibilities

• Build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outreach activities.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to refer customers.
• Aim to meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer customer questions and own issues.
• Keep business information confidential.
• Follow Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Open/service Retail products following procedures.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes through to closing.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Stay updated on procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
