Fifth Third Bank in Raleigh, NC, is launching a Retail Personal Banker I program designed to train and certify candidates for a Financial Center role. The program includes 4–8 weeks of onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service and culminates in a certification to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family.

The role focuses on using consultative sales to meet customer needs, with emphasis on new household relationships, cross-selling, and providing holistic financial

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS is required.

Responsibilities

Use a consultative sales process to identify customer needs and financial solutions.
Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct periodic financial reviews.
Engage with Mortgage, Small Business, and Investment partners to provide holistic solutions.
Meet customer experience and individual/team production goals and drive revenue growth.
Maintain confidentiality and follow bank policies and risk guidelines.
