• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a thorough customer profile.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs with respect to the sales and referral process.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Follow the Bank’s Code of Conduct and policies.
• Open/servicing of the full range of Retail products.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application to closing.
• Work in opening/closing processes of Financial Centers or Bank Marts.
• Mitigate fraudulent activity and risk.
