Qualifications

• 1+ years of Retail Leadership/HR Management experience.
• Experience driving hiring, training, and retention in a store environment.
• Ability to manage scheduling and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, onboarding, and retention activities.
• Build effective weekly store schedules.
• Collaborate with store leaders to ensure associate success and store objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to store team and maintain confidentiality of associate information.
• Maintain associate data integrity across company systems and files.
• Audit timecards and manage attendance daily.
• Lead learning initiatives and engagement activities.
• Complete daily cash office functions and assist with asset protection.
