Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of Retail Leadership/HR Management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and move around store areas.

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and metrics.
• Fill open positions by recruiting, reviewing applications, interviewing, and completing hiring.
• Lead onboarding to prepare new hires for service, selling, and operations excellence.

• Maintain associate data integrity across systems and files for compliance, scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
• Prepare schedules aligned with talent, traffic, and business needs and review time-off requests.
