Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates, review applications, pre-screen, and schedule interviews.
• Assist with onboarding, including materials, training, peer partner, and store tour.
• Ensure positive new hire experience by explaining role, policies, benefits, and learning tools.
• Support scheduling, payroll accuracy, and cash office functions.
• Handle time and attendance, deposits, change orders, and audits as part of HR tasks.
• Maintain associate files and respond to benefits and policy inquiries.
