NAPA in Forestville, MD is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to provide accurate automotive parts solutions, assist retail and wholesale customers, and deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced store.

You will use product knowledge to help customers, operate POS and inventory systems, support deliveries and fulfillment, and maintain a welcoming store environment while contributing to loyalty and store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment (preferred).
