NAPA Auto Parts in Forestville, MD is seeking a Store Pro to act as the primary customer contact in-store, delivering high-quality automotive parts solutions and a positive experience for both retail and wholesale customers. You will use product knowledge to assist customers, support teammates, and ensure efficient store operations.

The role starts at $19.50 per hour with pay progression to the top of the range within 12 months, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries using delivery management systems; assist with order pulling and preparation for customers and drivers.
