Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Store Associate to serve as the primary contact for customers in the retail store, delivering the NAPA brand experience and automotive parts solutions for both retail and wholesale customers.

You will use product knowledge to assist customers, support team members, and operate POS systems in a fast-paced environment, while contributing to store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills essential.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Utilize delivery management systems to coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support efficient logistics and fulfillment operations.
