Job summary

Verizon is seeking a detail-oriented forecasting professional to drive accurate, end-to-end demand and replenishment processes with national retail partners. You will lead CPFR efforts, align forecasts, and monitor KPIs to meet retailer SLAs while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires a solid operations background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant experience in operations, demand planning, replenishment or analytics.
Experience forecasting using various methods for future-state planning.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain performance-based store tiering, segmentation, allocation and disposition processes.
Collaborate with a third party fulfillment center and liaise with retailer to ensure on-time shipments.
Create strategies and track KPI performance to drive improvements against JBP objectives (forecast accuracy, hit rate, days on hand, OTIF).
Automate KPI dashboards leveraging internal systems and retailer portals.
Analyze sales, financial and operational data to identify insights and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
Collaborate to build the sales and shipment forecast.
