Job summary

ZURU Edge in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Senior Analyst to partner with major retailers and optimize inventory and reporting processes.

You will own custom reporting for replenishment managers, lead S&OP cycles, and develop dashboards tracking OTIF, in-stock health, and sell-through to drive actionable insights. This role combines customer-facing collaboration with data analysis to improve supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CPFR, supply chain, or replenishment experience with major retailers preferred.
• Strong customer-facing experience and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retailers on joint business planning to align inventory strategies.
• Lead S&OP cycles, manage demand/supply planning, and communicate risks.
• Own custom replenishment reporting and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards for OTIF, in-stock health, and sell-through performance.
