Job summary

ZURU is seeking a Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Sr Analyst to partner with major retailers, optimize inventory, and own custom reporting for replenishment managers. This role is customer-facing, leads S&OP processes, and drives supply chain alignment with retailers.

You will develop dashboards on OTIF and in-stock performance, manage feature orders, and oversee inventory transfers while solving disruptions quickly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CPFR, supply chain, or customer replenishment roles (CPG, Toys, Import, and Assortment experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with retailers on joint business planning to align inventory strategies and promotional execution.
• Lead S&OP cycles, manage demand and supply planning, and communicate risks and mitigations.
• Own custom reporting needs for replenishment managers and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports for OTIF, in-stocks, inventory health, and sell-through performance.
• Review outages from 3PLs and implement corrective actions to protect in-stocks.
