Job summary

ZURU is seeking a Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst to partner with retailers on joint business planning, optimize inventory, and own replenishment reporting. You will lead S&OP, manage demand and supply cycles, and drive proactive problem solving with customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of CPFR, supply chain, or customer replenishment experience.
• Experience with major retailers (Club, Mass, Grocery) preferred.
• Strong analytics and reporting with Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retailers on joint business planning to align inventory strategies and promotional execution.
• Lead S&OP processes, manage demand and supply planning cycles, and communicate risks and mitigations.
• Own custom reporting for replenishment managers and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports for OTIF, in-stocks, inventory health, and sell-through performance.
