Job summary

Foundation RPO is seeking a Demand Planner to lead forecast development across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce with a cross-functional team spanning Sales, Marketing, NPD, and Operations.

You will build item-level forecasts by geography and channel, monitor POS trends and promotions, and refine S&OP processes to boost accuracy and reduce stockouts. Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in demand planning, commercial analytics, or S&OP in consumer goods with wholesale/retail channel experience.
• Deep expertise in building retail sell-in forecasts and understanding stock and reorder patterns.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, NPD and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly item-level forecast across geographies and channels.
• Track inventory, weeks-of-supply, and sell-out velocity at account level.
• Coordinate with Sales to align sell-in timing with demand.
• Lead cross-functional planning for new product launches with marketing and NPD.
• Deliver forecast packages with clear changes and impact for supply planning.
