Job summary

ZURU is seeking a Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Senior Analyst to partner with major retailers, optimize inventory and reporting, and own replenishment dashboards. This customer-facing role drives joint business planning and alignment on supply chain strategies and execution.

You will develop custom reports for replenishment managers, lead S&OP processes, and manage data development, communication, and opportunities with customers in a fast-growing toy and CPG

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CPFR, supply chain, or customer replenishment roles.
• Experience with major retailers preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retailers on joint business planning to align inventory strategies and promotional execution.
• Lead S&OP, managing demand and supply planning cycles and communicating risks and mitigation plans.
• Own custom reporting needs for replenishment managers, delivering actionable insights that drive decisions.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports for OTIF, in-stocks, inventory health, and sell-through performance.
• Review outages from 3PLs to retailer stores and implement structural solutions, including manual orders when necessary.
