Job summary

Market Performance Group is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities for Walmart and Sam’s Club, advancing inventory health and forecast accuracy. You’ll work closely with clients and retail partners to optimize product flow across both physical and digital shelves.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-first mindset, with a hybrid schedule in Bentonville, AR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years (Manager) / 7+ years (Sr. Manager) of experience in CPG supply chain, preferably Walmart/Sam’s Club.
• Experience with retailer replenishment systems and forecasting tools.
• Proven ability to reduce out-of-stocks and improve forecast accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills; capable of handling large datasets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• The Replenishment Manager oversees end-to-end supply chain processes for Walmart stores, 1P and Walmart Marketplace 3P, plus Sam’s Club.
• This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proactive execution, and a customer-first approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and retail partners to optimize inventory and product flow across physical and digital shelves.
• As a supply chain expert and client-facing lead, improve forecast accuracy and ensure product availability.
• This is a full-time, salaried position based in Bentonville, AR with a hybrid schedule (three days in office).
