Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: at least a 'meets expectations' rating on last performance review.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and address customer needs.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, recommending products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies.
• Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work orders, inventory, and displays.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as required.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays maintained.
• Handle deliveries and assist in loading/unloading trucks.
