Job summary

CVS Health in Dunellen, NJ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and performance in the absence of a manager. You will guide the store crew, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and reinforce a customer-first culture.

You will work with management to optimize operations, coach colleagues, safeguard confidentiality, and drive a seamless shopping experience for our customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations when no manager is onsite and lead the supervisory staff.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints to uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues (e.g., myImpact coaching; myCustomer feedback).
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and support weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
