• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution.
• Supervise the store’s crew and direct activities.
• Communicate information effectively between management and crews.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues (myImpact, myCustomer).
• Merchandise and present shelves; stock and display promotions.
