The position requires coaching abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. You may be asked to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule, with physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy.
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Identifies and escalates operational issues.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity.
