You’ll report to store leadership, coach associates, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, while maintaining safety and inventory integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequent bending or standing.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
