Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations and ensure readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

The position focuses on shipments, replenishment, stock organization, and maintaining standards, while coaching associates and ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. Salary ranges provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy.
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Identifies and escalates operational issues.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity.
