Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store readiness and operational execution. You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and partner with leadership to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, daily work force management, and maintaining merchandising standards while driving sales and efficiency across the team.

Formación

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
